Artist and Gladding McBean Employee
Viktor immigrated to America 18 years ago. He has a degree in Art and lots of experience doing public art projects. In his project, he wanted to reflect the history, development and values of the City of Lincoln. He has worked almost 10 years at Gladding McBeam and knows the life of Lincoln and many of the citizens.
